The Monthly Art Letter is mailed on the last Friday of each month.

To receive that month’s letter, your subscription must be active by 11:59 PM (CT) on the Sunday before mailing week.

Example:
If letters mail on Friday, January 30, the cutoff to receive the January letter is Sunday, January 25.

Subscriptions started after the cutoff will begin with the following month’s letter.

Letters are mailed once a month, on the last Friday of the month.

Domestic delivery typically arrives within a few days.
International delivery times vary and may take up to two weeks or more.

 Because this is a physical item that is prepared and mailed, cancellations must happen before production begins.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming month, please cancel your subscription by the cutoff date listed above (the Sunday before mailing week).

If you cancel after the cutoff, your letter has already been prepared and postage applied, and you will still receive that month’s mailing. Your subscription will not renew again.

 Yes — you may update your mailing address or theme at any time through your account.

To ensure changes apply to the upcoming month, updates must be made before the monthly cutoff date.

You won’t receive any additional logins, lessons, or downloads — everything you’ve purchased arrives by mail.

 Once letters are mailed, delivery times are managed by the postal service.

If your letter appears lost or hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
