2. Go into your notes and write yourself a note from your future self—the one who is living the absolute dream—describing your life and what it FEELS like. Describe what it feels like to be you, what it feels like to spend a day in your shoes

3. Practice a series of conscious breathing exercises, focusing on mindfulness and regulation. This could be as simple as spending 2-3 minutes intentionally breathing through the nose, filing your belly with air, then exhaling through the nose, allowing the belly to contract
